Upload Patient Documents

Allows uploading documents for a patient at a site. The request provides metadata about the document. The response will contain a temporary signed-url that can be used to upload the actual document to our system, where it will be attached to the patient.

200

400400: Bad Request. The payload is invalid, which could be caused by bad encoding, invalid content, or validation errors. Will typically be accompanied by a message with details as to the cause of the failure.

401401: Unauthorized. The user failed to authenticate, which could be due to an expired or invalid access token or because the Authorization Header is incorrect or missing. It should be set to Authorization: Bearer ACCESS_TOKEN.

403403: Forbidden. The user is not authorized to perform the requested action.

404404: Not Found. The requested resource could not be found either due to the path not existing or an invalid identifier was provided for an entity in the system.

409409: Conflict. The resource has a conflict with the current state of the system. For example, trying to create a resource that already exists.

500500: Internal Server Error.
